Officers Standards

List your standards as an officer to the newer members.

my Standards:-

I expect three things from new members

loyalty:
Staying true to BW and never quitting.

respect
Been polite (why is it so hard?), not swearing, not afk killing and listening to the higher ranks.


honour
Never giving in, always been proud to show your a BW.

Maturity - Someone who is capable of controlling themselves, will do what their superiors say, and treat others in a polite manner.

Loyalty - A loyal member is a good member; joining multiple clans is not allowed, if you wish to make a branch for BW - which hasn't been done yet- and a high rank approves of it than congratulations. If you think a clan in our server or another server has'cool' members and raids more frequently than we do and that makes you want to join than go right ahead and join them because it is pointless if you don't enjoy being here.

Integrity - If you come on and no one is in base, go off and recruit on your own. A high rank may not be there to see it but that's ok because your here to help, not to claim a high rank to feel good about yourself.

Humility - Other players will constantly come in and insult BW. Try to not retaliate and just blow it off, show that we aren't arrogant.

Respect - This might just be something I like, but respect is a great thing to have. Knowing how to treat others well is a gift itself, you will be left feeling great about yourself by random acts of kindness. Just be RESPECTFUL!



Those are the general traits and qualities that are greatly approved of in BW.



Things we look down upon:

Selfishness - You only want what is best for you, so don't.

Lethargic Activity - You don't care to get on unless you have nothing better to do. Try and get on a few times a week when your at the house and your priorities have been straightened out.

IMmaturity - Yes there is an IM in front of it, act as if you ar older than your age. Represent BW as a clan way ahead of its time.



Those are the general traits and qualities that are greatly disapproved of in BW.
