I agree with Doom and I think this situation about people constantly trash talking to each other is getting a little serious.

SO hehe listen to me very carefully and i will say this once.

I expect ALL of you to behave and be respectful towards each other. Arrogance looks good when you have values and you stand by them. Yelling and losing tempers is a sign of weakness. BW has no room for peeps who are not strong enough to handle their emotions.

Going forward, here is what we shall do.

If i see you trash talking- YOU are demoted.

Every time you trash talk - your one rank less, to re rank will take time so do the math.

You consistently trash talk- you're right back to Private.

I understand some of you will leave if I keep this up. And I agree with it, if you dont have a hold on yourself, you are better off outside the clan. BW needs a martial community disciplined in war who can channleize energies the right way. It is a military instituion and not a community center.

I expect ya'll to read this...and to remember this.

While I agree trash talking is nooby, I just don't agree that arguing and having an opinion (even a harsh opinion) should lead to a demotion.

I feel like if they trash talk to us first, we should be able to defend ourselves.
